Why hasn’t my free storage increased?
Files in the bin still take up space. Space is released when files are permanently deleted. Check what you want to keep before emptying the bin.
Can I restore a deleted video?
Supported media library items on system version 11 and newer can be restored within 30 days while in the bin. system version 10 and older delete media library items directly. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
Why are some files missing from the results?
Results depend on the media permissions and folders you allow. Files in another app’s private storage are not accessible. You can manage access in system settings and VidClean Settings.
